Our policy lasts 14 days. We Offer In-Store Credit Only or exchange for a different size. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a in-store credit or the exchange.
To be eligible your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
We offer NO RETURNS or exchanges on sale items. All sale items or items bought with a discount code are FINAL. You understand that by purchasing a Sale item or discounted item, that you are purchasing your item(s) knowing you cannot return them, in exchange for receiving them at an extraordinarily discounted price.

Product MUST have all tags attached, no odors, hair, food or stains, etc. on the item. It must be in resell-able condition in ordrer for Hot Mess Mama Boutique to offer in-store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and then an in-store credit will be credited to your store account or emailed to you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer size exchanges for 14 days after purchase, we would be happy to swap you out for the size you need! But please follow the return guidelines (tags, no stains, etc.) to be applicable for size exchanges.
